How durable is the image?

Our images are extremely durable & resistant to most chemical cleaners & abrasives. Our unique imaging process actually embeds the image deep into the tile, creating a permanent  image that won’t peel, fade ,or crack. * Do not place tiles in direct sunlight.

Where can my mural be installed?

Our murals are designed for interior application only & are  suitable for Kitchen backsplashes, Shower/Bath, Spa, Office/Den, Countertops, Enrtyways, Walls *Floors ( using our Glass tile) our glass tile meets ANSI & ANSM standards for residential & commercial wall & floor applications.

We will recommend  the appropriate tile for your specific location.

Can I use my own tiles?

Unfortunately no. Our tiles are manufactured specifically for our unique imaging process.

How do I clean my mural?

We recommend any non-abrasive household cleaner & a soft cloth.

 Can you make a mural from my photo or artwork?

Yes!  Simply email a high resolution image (minimum 300 dpi) or simply mail us your photo sandwiched between 2 pieces of cardboard, (photo will be returned with your order) *The quality of your photo will determine the quality of the finished product. Please note: Customer will assume full responsibility to obtain permission to reproduce submitted artwork, image, graphics or logo. We will require a signed statement that you have/own the copyright!

How is my product shipped?

We ship via Canada post. We will send an email & tracking number when your order is shipped.

 How long will my order take?

Mural orders are typically shipped with-in 14 days of final approval, & our giftware typically ships with-in 48 hours with the exception of the busier holiday times.

 What if I damage a tile?

Contact us immediately, we keep a digital file of your order for 3 months, ( accidents do happen!)  dependant on the mural size we will replace a limited # of tiles  at no charge. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.

What size can I make my mural?

There are an unlimited number of mural sizes available, hoping to make your choice easier, we have listed our most popular sizes, if you don’t see the size you require, please call or email with your specific dimensions.

 What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order,you must contact us prior to returning the item as unauthorized products will not be accepted.Full credit will be given(minus shipping charges) as long as the product is in the original packaging & is 100% resaleable.*Custom orders are not returnable.
