How durable is the image?
The images are extremely durable & resistant to most chemical cleaners . Our unique imaging process actually embeds the image into the tile,(similar to a tattoo) creating a permanent image that wont peel, fade or crack. * Do not place tiles in direct sunlight.

Where can my mural be installed?
Our murals are designed for any interior application, backsplashes, showers, walls & floors. We can suggest the appropriate tile for your specific application.

Can I use my own tiles?
Unfortunately no. Our tiles are manufactured specifically for this imaging process.

How do I clean my mural?
We recommend any non-abrasive household cleaner & a soft cloth.

Can you make a custom mural from my photo or artwork?
Yes! Simply email a high resolution image (minimum 300 dpi) , or mail us the actual photo (sandwiched between 2 pieces of cardboard, your photo will be returned with your order). The quality of the photo/artwork will determine the quality of the finished product. * Please Note: customer will assume full responsibility to obtain permission to reproduce submitted artwork, photo, graphics or logo,we will require a signed statement that you have/own the copyright.Custom Images On Tile will not be held liable for any copyright infringement.

How is my order shipped?
We ship via Canada Post, Ground & Fed Ex. We will send an email & tracking # when your order has shipped.

How long will my order take?
Mural orders are typically shipped with in 14 days of final approval, our giftware typically ships with in 48 hours of final approval with the exception of busier holiday periods.

What happens if I damage a tile?
Contact us immediately. We keep a digital file of your order for 30 days, dependent on the mural size, we will replace a limited of tiles at no charge. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.

What size are your murals?
There are an unlimited number of mural sizes available, to make your choice easier we have posted our most popular sizes, if you require a different size, please contact us with your specific dimensions.

What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return your order for a credit, the returned product must be in the original packaging & must be 100% resellable (customer is responsible for shipping charges) Please contact us prior to returning the item as unauthorized products will not be accepted.
